About Me

I’m a professional Architectural Technologist and Fire Engineer with over 29 years of experience in the field. He specializes in architectural design and construction across all sectors of the built environment, both private and public. His work involves overseeing the construction of buildings and ensuring their compliance with planning regulations, building regulations, and fire safety regulations.

I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Fire Engineering from SETU Waterford and a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Waterford Regional Technical College, among other qualifications. He has honed his skills in active listening, teamwork, innovation, problem-solving, and attention to detail through years of preparing Fire Safety Certificate applications and working on various projects.

I started Ryan’s Architectural Solutions in 2004, where we provide design services to clients for a wide range of private residential to commercial projects. My duties include preparing presentation & planning drawings, preparing and writing up Fire Safety Certificates documents, and consulting with contractors and sub-contractors to design projects from inception to completion for both residential commercial and industrial projects also specializing men the preparation of the fire safety design for these projects too.
